What types of data can I load into the AI?
Curently, only plaintext is allowed. PDFs will be added in a future release.
Where is my data stored?
Your KB articles are stored in our EU data centre. They are then embedded and uploaded to our cloud vector DB. These embeddings are similar to one-way hashes - once they go through this process your original data cannot be recovered by an intruder.
Do you offer an on-premises installation?
Yes, an on-premises installation is available. You will need to get in contact with one of our team to discuss the implementation.
How much does it cost?
Our alpha will be free for a limited time. Once the product has matured, we will be rolling it into our main product.
