What happens after the trail ends?

What is an agent?
An agent is what we call anyone who will need to log into your helpdesk. This includes managers and helpdesk staff. Each plan can have any amount of agents.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
Yes, your subscription can be upgraded/downgraded across different plans or agent counts at any time. However, cancellations or downgrades will happen at the end of the month.
