What is an agent?
An agent is our name for a member of your staff who supports your customers. Each agent on your help desk will need a licence.
What if I need more or fewer agents?
You can add or remove agents to your account at any time, either in your account settings within the program or by emailing our support team.
What do you mean by unlimited users / mailboxes?
Add as many users or email addresses to your account as you like. While we do operate a fair use policy, we are commited to making the GoDesk experience feel as unlimited as possible.
What is included in the free implementation?
Most customers need help getting their mailboxes set up, some training on how to use the software, and a consultancy session to get their workflows setup. We are happy to offer additional paid services if required.
Are white-labelling and CNAMEs included in the price?
Yes, all white-labelling and CNAME options are included in our main plan.
Can I switch from monthly to yearly pricing?
Yes, you can switch between our different payment terms at any time. This will be applied at your next billing cycle. A yearly plan also applied a discount to the rate you pay.
What happens after the trial ends?
At the end of your 14-day trial, your account will be closed and your data will be deleted. Please let us know if you wish to export your data or reactivate your account.
What happens if your prices change?
We will give all customers a minimum of 3 months notice whenever our prices change.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit / debit card through our payment partner Stripe.
What if I want to cancel?
You are welcome to cancel at any time. You will be billed up to your current cycle and will then have the option to export all of your data via CSV or database dump.
